Lack of attention to detail. Look at the photos of burgers above. You will notice that Elevation Burger puts the lettuce, tomato, and onion underneath the burger, with the lettuce next to the meat. This is a problem that reflects badly on their attention to detail. 99.9% of burger makers put the lettuce on top of the burger, next to the bun. There is a reason for this that Elevation Burger apparently does not understand. Put cold lettuce next to a burger hot from the grill and, you get cooked lettuce. If you take the burger to go, you get overcooked lettuce by the time you get home. Cooked lettuce does not make burgers better. Frankly, I find it to be a disgusting addition that diminishes everything else about the burger. If Elevation Burger makes this kind of mistake about their signature item, I don’t trust them to execute other things well. I won’t be back.
Good for Celiacs. My family loves going to Elevation Burger. My mom has Celiac and is extremely (I mean extremely) careful about where she eats. The staff always does a great job keeping her food separate from the other glutinous orders, and she has never gotten sick. The burgers are amazing and the fries are crispy. Overall, an amazing experience.
Fresh and friendly. Food was quickly made but definitely fresh and very tasteful. The very BEST fast food burger I have ever eaten and I’ve eaten plenty since I’m 61 years of age !!!!
