This local restaurant specializes in a simple menu, which is served outside. They have spring rolls, pho, and banh mi, having a vegetarian option for each. Since they dont offer pho online to go, I decided to dine in their booth. Luckily, there was a heater I could use in the cold! The pho was made to order and was quickly served. I didnt have to wait for more than five minutes. However, I was a little less enthused about the pho I got. It didnt have much flavor at all, and there was little tofu in it. The cilantro held the most taste out of everything. It was a good-sized portion, so I took over half of it Home. Unfortunately, I had to add my own seasonings and sauce to the pho to make it tasty.
