I went to Gratzi with some friends one evening, and we had a decent experience overall. Though our server was kind, we werent waited on much and had to flag him over in order to order and get our checks. I had the eggplant parmesan, which was okay. The pasta was extremely filling and the eggplant was breaded nicely, I didnt find the sauce nor food to have much flavor. The portion sizes were big, warranting the higher price.
