What a let down. I travel to the Ann Arbor area from Chicago every other week and have been wanting to try this place for awhile. My wife finally accompanied me on a trip and we decided to give La Dolce Vita a try. We had the chocolate decadence and melt cake…and we were so disappointed with both. To top it off, our coffee was no better than coffee at a Denny’s restaurant. The best part of our experience was our waitress (Elizabeth B).
After Dinner Drink and Desert. Went to La Dolce Vita after a wonderful meal at The Chop House to have an after dinner drink and a cigar. Like the Chop House, the wait staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere was cozy as we sat in leather couches enjoying our deserts and after dinner drinks. What’s not to love about dessert, fine liquors, and a top-notch cigar?
