Lately we’ve been hitting up the diner scene for breakfast. As soon as I picked up the menu I knew I would order the chicken fried steak, fresh hash browns, lightly scrambled eggs & rye toast. It was fabulous and fast! Although the cooks really know what they’re doing, I wish using faux butter wasn’t allowed…anywhere. Ever!!! The ambience was that of an east coast diner, except no pork roll or scrapple!
