Bianca Pizza. This is literally the ONLY pizza i will let grace my lips and my stomach ! The Bianca – white pizza at Neo Paplis is the perfect combination of cheese and homemade crispy woodoven dough! They even drizzle honey on it ! I personally love to either add my own toppings : spinach, artichoke, caramelized onions or go with the North Beach Pizza ( fig, arugula and balsamic drizzle).

Wonderful Salad. Wow, what a great deal for a salad! For about 6 bucks, you get a huge salad with all the veggies they have….. Add a bit more and get meats and or cheeses on the salad. Really good and served in a big metal bowl. They also have these amazing sweet potato fries. Perfectly hot and served with a chipotle dipping sauce, mild but nice. About 3 bucks for enough for two. They’ve got outdoor seating for enjoying these late summer and nice fall days coming up. Beer available from a whole bunch of small brewers….Oh, and they also sell pizza. Didn’t have any, but it looks great.

Referred by my 13 year old. My son recently spent the night visiting his older sister at U of M. Upon his return, I heard excited reviews of NeoPapalis. My wife surprised me with a date night yesterday which included dinner at NeoPapalis. We were out for about $30 which included two pizzas, a salad, and a large bottle of mineral water. I found the personnel pleasant, the establishment quite clean, and the food enjoyable, and the overall experience quite satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the crust which is thin and coal fired. The salad struck me as a particularly good deal. Customers get to choose their greens (I chose arugula) and up to 3 toppings for $5. Served with the pizza, the salad was large enough to comfortably share with my wife.
