Rude, Rude, Rude. I have never, ever been treated so rudely at an establishment in my life, ever. I have visited Surf City Squeeze on a few occasions; each time it was not the best experience. This particular time I noticed that the employee making my order had just made two smoothies prior to me and she used the same jar to attempt to make my smoothie. Before she could put the ingredients in; I asked if she could use a clean jar because my son has a tree nut and peanut allergy. She snidely replied you need to tell me ahead of time, along with other things that werent accommodating. After her rude comments and bodily disposition, I asked that she do not make my smoothie. I then asked for her managers name and she said I am the owner, who are you going to tell on She would not give me her name when I asked either. In front of my two-year old son she called me a mother F***** and other obscenities. I was truly taken aback. I immediately reported her to Guest Services at Briarwood Mall and was told the mall manager isnt available and I will be followed up with when he/she is available. I was literally shaken as I wrote my customer complaint letter. I will never patronize at Surf City Squeeze or partner companies. No one should have to go through what I went through. Totally unacceptable; I plan to boycott if this company/owner isnt held responsible for its misconduct.
