Isnt always consistent, but the best option downtown. Buffet is scrumptious along with unlimited chai if you go early (not so fresh later even when busy). Decent service; not really a mood-lifting atmosphere though.

Horrible carry out experience for large order. We placed a large group order from a nearby work location. They make you place your order through a third party delivery service company which resulted in several additional service charges to each item ordered. Plus delivery and service charges were added from the restaurant as well. When we received the order, some of the entrees were incorrect. The entree serving sizes were quite small, and the portion of rice was way too small for number of entrees. The rice was served in one container rather than in individual containers. The cost of this order was close to $150.00. When we tried to call the restaurant they referred us to the delivery company, and then finally when the manager agreed to talk to us, he refused to deliver the correct food unless we reordered and payed again, and with delivery charges. Needless to say we will not be ordering carry-out from this restaurant again, and we do order Indian food almost every week. Big loss for this business. Furthermore, we will never dine-in at this restaurant again. They have a lot to learn about customer service.

Good food. I expect better service. Even if one is dining at a buffet I expect to be greeted, seated, given flatware, and a drink. My group had to see to all of this ourselves. I would also expect used dishes to be picked up before they are stacked eight to ten deep.

Been there 4 times now, with wide variety of dishes, all very good. LOVE this place! Chicken tikka masala was amazing, saag paneer also amazing. No bad dishes here!

Great Southern Indian buffet. Loved the pander and the chicken korma.
