Amazingly friendly service. Best falafel wraps anywhere.
Atrocious Service. I have been sat here for 15 minutes now and have been given a menu but that is all. OK so there was a big table next to me, but there are ten people in the restaurant and I am being ignored, maybe I have to order at the desk, but no, someone just came and took my order. It is 13:05, let’s see how long it takes to get the food and see what it is like. More to follow. I ordered a diet coke too, let’s see if that arrives before the food. Well it’s 13:08 and the food just arrived and it looks pretty good. Had to ask for the diet coke a second time though. A young lady came and took the spare p lace setting away but did not ask if I needed anything. OK, let’s try the food. Not bad, dressing a bit watery and it doesn’t hold a candle to Exotic Bakeries, Palm Palace on Carpenter Road or Haifa Falafel, even thought it is the same price. Does have fresh pomegranate in it that’s novel. Have to think about whether I come back this is my third so-so visit. Guess I will stick with my old standards.
Friendly and attentive. Good and fresh tasting food. Turkish coffee was sublime.
Food was ok but way over priced. Friendly but kinda slow service.
