Not many places get a 5 star rating, but this place is the best. Bring a credit card, it’s worth every penny. The best meats, cheeses, and condiments from around the world amassed in one place. It’s a special treat to split a sandwich, have some exotic coffee, and a lemon cookie. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing place. Watch what time you come here, sometimes the lines are out the door and down the street. Carrots says try the Kenya peaberry coffee.
Simply a classic. There are so many choices of sandwiches, it’s hard to choose. Let’s just say I know my way around the Zingerman’s menu and have never been disappointed. Don’t forget to try the sides. Their latkes and blintzes hit the spot. Service is excellent.
I had a catered lunch event in which they supplied a prepared bag of goodies for us, including my salad, bread, chips, and a dessert. It was a lot of food, and it was difficult to finish all at once. The chips were housemade, and quite good. The Cyprus salad had a lot of halloumi cheese in it, which was the best part of the salad. Besides the cheese, there wasnt much in the Greek salad. It was still appetizing though, and I ended up having some of it to spare with my bread. The cookie we had was quite good too. It was a bit pricey, however its a real treat for good quality, tasty American food.
