Here is a recipe for bourbon sauce.1 cup bourbon whiskey 1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup ketchup2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup white vinegar1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1 pinch dry mustardsalt and pepper to tasteAdd all ingredients to listIn a medium bowl, combine bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.Use to baste meat, especially chicken or salmon, while cooking.I suggest you make sure you have bourbon sauce on the chicken next time, that way it will taste like bourbon chicken.
