Horrible service. Live close to the Berkley location but will travel to 16 and John R every time because they actually have bagels in stock, do your order right and are very pleasant. The Berkley location is constantly out of bagels, and God forbid you ask when more will be available. The have over charged me countless times and are plain rude. They are successful in spite of themself, meaning great location which is convenient for many people so they go there but their service is horrible.
