A finer diner. Becky’s Nip-n-Tuck diner is the real deal, in the same family since 1972. Regulars here range in age from 1 to 100 and everyone is treated like a guest. There are 16 stools at the counter, a hot pink wall, and everything to eat you’d expect in a diner, made right in front of you.The menu hangs from the ceiling and you’d swear the prices haven’t gone up since it was put there. It’s cash only, but you can feed a family of 4 for under $20. Great breakfasts (my fave is the omelette with a side of toast and hash browns) are served all day. Burgers, fries and chocolate malts are just as they should be and taste even better server at the counter. There’s even the diner standard hot turkey sandwich, smothered in gravy.It’s a breakfast and lunch joint only, open Monday through Saturday. We’re usually lucky with our timing, but be prepared to wait a few minutes on Saturday mornings (but it’s worth it).Go once and you’ll be hooked.
