I just heard the bomb drop on this place. Went here with my girlfriend about a year ago and LOVED IT. Came back today and never going back. Service remains friendly and attentive, menu has the same old favorites, and prices are comparable with the competition. However, the restaurant remains dingy with grotesque 70-80’s tacky decor, food quality has gone down the toilet (or maybe up from it), and they UNFORGIVABLY did away with the chocolate covered strawberries which was the main draw to this little restaurant. Things the irked us this visit: The waitress was quick to recommend the crab omelet (most expensive on the menu)and we were excited, but it was fishy, undercooked, with terrible hollandaise. Saw lobster bisque and were excited again, it was more like cream of lobster mush. Prime rib omelette was good, but looked like someone ran over it. Worst, the price didn’t match the quality (or lack there of). RIP Breakfast Club.
