STOP YELLING AT ME. Why has this become a thing? Walk in a restaurant, and the entire staff starts yelling at you? Before you’re even in the door? Why? It doesn’t make me feel welcome at all. Pay attention to the customer you are already serving, then greet me. Also, your food is overpriced and you are just another sub shop.
To fentongirl!. Also we got 2 subs and it was under $18 and they dont have even have a small sub. so not sure where you went to eat but get you lies together first!!! AND YES THEY STEAM IT.. ITS SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND IM SURE YOU JUST LIKE TO COMPAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING!
I thought the food was excellent fir the price, the service was fast and the atmosphere was good. For the women who said the staff swore and was unprofessional I would have to disagree. I have been in there a few times now, the staff is very friendly and professional. The last time I was in there the employee even remembered my name. Never have I heard swearing by the employees for the times I have been there. I highly recommend this restaurant for future costumers.
Where to start, sadly it’s way over priced! 20 dollars for two combos…the owner talks to the employees like they are trash. The employees are unprofessional to the extreme…cursing in front of the guests is terrible! The food after the 5-10 minute wait is ok I would much rather go to jimmy johns! Over all dont go there is not worth it!
Very friendly staff, great subs, will be returning.
Finally in Michigan!. Last week, I heard that there was a new Firehouse Subs opening in Brighton. I have been to their location in Austin, TX and was thoroughly pleased with my sub. I couldn’t wait to try the new location in Brighton. This past Tuesday evening, on a whim, I decided to make the 25 minute drive, with my 2 picky teenagers to Firehouse Subs. We arrived at just after 8:00pm and were promptly served. The were a lot of staff in the restaurant, but I am assuming that is because they are still training. All the staff were friendly and seemed to be well trained in the product line. Someone even explained about their process of preparing the sandwich (fresh cut meat, steamed, etc.).My son had a New York Steamer, my daughter ordered a Club on a Sub and I ate Firehouse Hero. All these subs are served hot. You can ask for them cold though, if you like though.Once we were done ordering, we sat down and waited about 3-5 minutes for the subs to be made. Once they were done, someone brought them to our table. I liked this touch, as some other, similar restaurants will make you come back to the counter to get your food.In short, my kids loved their subs and are already asking to go back. My sub was excellent too. The meat was hot (from the steaming process), the bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp and everything tasted fresh. If you are looking for an alternative to Subway or Jimmy John’s, Firehouse is worth a visit.
