Stoped by today to try the Philly, I got it with green paper onion and mushrooms on wheat and it was amazing, juicy yet not greasy, the veggie tasted fresh and the guy cooked right in front of my eyes. Ohh the meat was tender and perfect. I would get their Philly every day!! One more sub cought my eyes (danger!!!) and the guy said it’s good too. Good luck I hope they make it in this economy with every body going to the plain, no test chains. I would invit every one to support local businesses.
