This place is a hidden gem Mexican restaurant for the area. Everything about it tastes good. Even the tamales excel. When the tamales are good you know this place is legit.The Chorizo burrito is my recommendation. There is no very traditional things like Mamudo soup here.Would recommend it if you are driving by.
Dinner. Was not that happy with our dinner,had to pay extra .75 if i wanted to add beans to my dinner,which was over $11 for chimi dinner.The mild hot sauce looked like it was tomato sauce,not all that great.Ordered chicken chimi chicken tasted like boiled chicken not that much taste to it.

Awesome place to eat! Great food, very reasonable prices. They start you off with delicious complimentary chips and salsa, and did I mention their 50% off happy hour drink special from 3-6? It’s $1.70 for a 32oz mug of draft beer. Beat that. The atmosphere is pleasant with half of the restaurant divided into a bar, and the other half being booth seating. They even have a few flat screens integrated in so you can catch the game. All in all, I’m giving Los Amigos Mexican 5 stars for a great combination of taste, value and atmosphere.
