VERY RUDE SERVICE. Just returned from getting take out.. Asked for a bag after filling the take out box and got lectured about over filling my box. It was perfectly full as in food not hanging out and lid completely closed and .flat. Our family has been eating there for years sense they opened and after spending $21.00 for two take out boxs didn’t think 4 workers needed to make me feel like I was stealing in front of the whole place. I asked about the rudeness from the first two employees and was told to go eat somewhere else. We feel like we had apart of the places success and in return get the we don’t care now were here in your town and don’t come back if you don’t like it.
Exceptional. Best egg rolls! Food is very fresh & always good (Giant portions, we always split a dish). The people who work there are always delightful, helpful, generous & FAST. They customized an order for us on a Friday, we wanted teriyaki shrimp (not on the menu) & it was NOT a problem & a welcome alternative to the Friday night fish fry… Whoever wrote that they wouldn’t go back b/c they wouldn’t customize fried rice – Give me a break (it’s rice!) you sound like a spoiled brat & the kind of person who drives people in the food service industry up the wall… I’ve never waited in this restaurant, but if you had to it’s definitely worth it since it beats the other Chinese restaurants in Bay City hands down.
Best take-out in Bay City by far!. The crab cheese is what makes this place the best. It’s not that paper-thin, cardboard stuff you get on buffets. It’s got the best flavor of any crab rangoon/crab cheese I’ve ever had. Pair it with any of your favorite dishes and enjoy some classic comfort take-out. Oh, and bring cash, no checks/cards!
