Loved it!. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect! The waitstaff take very good care of you! The chef is GREAT!! He came and personally introduced himself to us and gave us some samples which were extremely delicious! We certainly be going back soon!! 5 STARS! So happy about this new addition to Clare!!!
Delicious!. Tried this recently opened restaurant for lunch today. What a pleasant surprise! We both had one of the specials that was a panini sandwich with prime rib, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and cheese. The bread had hints of jalapeno and was grilled to perfection. Sides were a choice between coleslaw and potato salad. The potato salad included blueberries which sounded strange when described. Not disappointed! The color looked a bit blue but the balance of flavors was perfect. As a town native, I have known this building all of my life. The re-do is very nice. Understated red and gray with accent canvases of Clare in years past. There is also a chocolate shop and flower shop you must walk through to access the dining room. Hard to resist! Staff was especially friendly, waitress competent and knowledgable, and a chef visit to a lunch table welcome. Will definitely return for dinner and sample from the interesting menu as well as the beer and wine list. What a welcome addition to Clare!
