Bad food and bad customer service. Ordered and received probably the worst shawarma sandwiches that I ever tasted. Just meat ,onions and tomatoes wrapped in bread.Lousy to say least. Called and spoke with manager and his attitude can be best described as least interested to address or resolve issue.Would not recommend restaurant .Shawarma sandwiches far better at other places close by to Al Ameer’s location.

Disappointed. In the Past I have enjoyed the food at al ameer. Today I ordered shawarma sandwiches for carry out and I was quite disappointed. Each bite of meat had gristle in it. I did not enjoy picking it out of my mouth and my children simply refused to eat the sandwich. Poor quality meat is bad for business. Stoped at Tuhamas first but it was gonna take too long to get food. Maybe I should have waited.

Last night was our first trip to this restaurant. We walked in and the decor was very nice. Bright white marbles and gold accents. Everything looks clean. We were seated very quickly by a very polite gentleman. Our server was quick and she did an excellent job throughout the meal. No complaints about service. The food was excellent! We got a variety of items so that we could try different things. We had the kafta, chicken schwarma, and the falafel sandwiches. Kafta was great, well cooked and well seasoned. Very tasty. I can say the same for chicken and falafel. The sandwiches were a great portion for the price and have us a good idea of how a main course if chicken, kafta or falafel might taste. I ordered the fried kebbie and was excellent. The meat inside was very tasty and seasoned well. It comes with a side and I got the salad. The side of rice is very good. Fluffy and buttery. The fresh bread is the best around. It is served warm just perfectly mixed. We will go back for sure.

Terrible service, uncooked meat, old everything. Don’t bother.

We had a delicious meal, great service in a lovely, comfortable restaurant. Angie, our server, helped us choose dishes and she has a great sense of humor. We had Stuffed Lamb which was huge and Al Ameer platter. Both were awesome.

Traditional amazing food, but the service is very poor. I’ve never had anything bad here, but if the food wasn’t as good as it is I’d never go back. We had been seated and waited 10-15 minutes before we ever saw our waitress. (same thing waiting for the bill) The poor/slow service is constant. If your in a hurry….this place is not for you. Such a shame because food is great!
