Used to Be One of My Favorites. I seriously used to love this place. It was one of my favorite hamburger places because the food and service were both fantastic. However, when they switched to their current gluten free bun it ruined the whole experience for me. The bun is grainy, spongy, and soaks up juices from the hamburger more than a normal bun, which means the bun quickly turns soggy. I really wish they would switch back to their old bun so I could love it again!

Called in @ 8:54 asked a few questions the guy appeared to be tired couldn’t answer correctly , I proceeded to order then he said they were closed. my friend was already there to pick up my order , I called & told him that’s okay because I would not want anyone mishandling my food to put it nicely. Somehow they let him in to place his order but told me they were closed. Not good business & I called before he got there. This was a great place but the buns are too small for the chicken sandwiches & get soggy before I get home.
They had a great thing going….. This place WAS awesome, one of my favorite lunch spots. They have high quality food and really creative specials. However, this new premiYum bun is awful. It falls apart, and the taste definitely isn’t spectacular either. I understand what they are trying to do but I also think it’s foolish to completely ignore your customers, I haven’t heard a single person have anything good to say about this bun. I don’t understand why they can’t just offer both buns.
The food was pretty good but the highlight for me was the milkshake. Amazing! Super creamy and delicious!
Moo cluck moo is unique with it’s modern look and natural burgers, you would think you are in west hollywood or Chicago. The burgers are delicious and low carb lettuce wraps are offered. Moo cluck moo also has grabbed national attention because it pays it’s employees well above fast food national average wages, one more reason to eat at this delicious burger joint.
I tried the chicken sandwich and it was awesome! Coating was crispy and the slaw on top was tangy but not over powering or sloppy. Everything is made in house and it shows. Prices are great. Can’t wait for an excuse to go back.
