Waste of time. Sandwiches lack flavor, also lack of understanding with the guys preparing the food. I requested a certain type of sub and I was given the wrong ingredients and food. Bread was stale, chicken was missing flavor, lots of mayo to cover the bread and make it seem like their is a lot of chicken, lettuce was brown, the list goes on. Please pay attention to the orders customers make and write tickets for them so you wont mix up the orders that will help business. This was my last time trying this establishment. You will go out of business if the quality of the food does not improve. Don’t waste your time going to this restaurant.

I admit, the subs are very good, but their quote of delivery time to be a half an hour is just something they say before they hang up. I have been ordering from Al Basha for years. The delivery time is rarely less than 40 minutes, usually about an hour, and times like tonight, 90 minutes. They just do not care that you might be hungry, or have kids to feed. They take their leisurely time and get it to you when they get it to you. The food is not worth the aggravation of being promised food, and then it shows up an hour later. Buh Bye Al Basha! We’re through!!!

Albasha. Omgggggggg these r the best tasting subs in dearborn they have very good ingrediants and very nice menu i think they should expand there store so more people can fit tops best subs better than mandirien and anannas buy 1000000000 but there dilivery guy is slow witch makes it crapy service
Never coming here again. Never come to this place ever I ordered a shrimp Alfredo and they gave me 3 pieces of shrimp with mayo and mushroom ?????? I almost threw up cause how disgusted I was
I love the Crispy Chicken.. I’ve ordered from Al-Basha three times so far. I haven’t been given less than perfection each and every time. My favorite is the crispy chicken sub. I’ve also tried the shawarma, the italian, the teriyaki (DELICIOUS), crispy chicken burger, shrimp & fried mushrooms. Everything was without a doubt, delicious. I would recommend Al-Basha if you’re a meat lover. The portions are good for the price.
This place sucks. I will never eat at this resturant AGAIN THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And when i got my sub there was barley any chicken in it and my bread was hard as a rock
