Excellent Middle Eastern Food. I had the vegetarian combo. It included hummus, falafel, baba ganoush and grape leaves. It also came with a salad. I brought home more than half of the dinner – the portions were huge. The hummus was some of the best I’ve ever had. I loved the falafel and the baba as well. I’m not a big fan of grape leaves so can’t speak to those. They have some standard American fare on the menu as well, but this is traditional Middle Eastern food. Most of the other customers were speaking a mix of Arabic and English with the staff, who was doing the same. The menu is in English and Arabic. It was wonderful and if I lived here it would be a regular stop. I notice the header says it’s Italian food, and it is not.
The dinner I had here was sorely disappointing. Chicken shawarma was dry and almost unidentifiable. Lamb chops were overcooked and tough. Service was passable.
