Downhill!. I’ve been going to Cedarland for the better part of 20 years. The rotisserie chicken is the best meal they have. Just there last night and the fattoush salad was tasteless (no sumac), the plates and glasses just weren’t clean enough. (1 glass had thick lipstick stains on it – had it made it through any dishwasher????)The chicken was still pretty good and the garlic tasty. Lentil soup was still good….. But will I go back after the cleanliness issues? Dunno.02 Nov, 2010Grab the chicken!. The whole chicken meal with fattoush and baba ghanough is enough for 2-3 people, and about $17. If you get it take-out, then get the pita on the side. If you eat it there, then you get some lentil soup included.

Very good food!!!. Ever since of friend of mine took me there I can’t stop going back. I love this place. Best Middle Eastern restaurant around I think and the prices are very good. Food has always been good and service as well… My Boyfriend and I go here at least 2 or 3 times a month, sometimes more.

Wonderful Food. A wonderful dinning experience is had when eating at the Cedarland Restaurant. The food is fantastic! After ordering anything you are served a cup of homemade split pea soup, bountiful baskets of pita bread, a plate of pickled turnips, pickles & hot peppers. The fatoosh salad, hummus & the shwarma sandwiches are the greatest. The atmosphere is very Middle Eastern and the wait staff are very friendly. It is very kid friendly. The prices are very reasonable. If you try it once you will probably be a return customer.

Trifecta. Cedarland achieves the restaurant trifecta, great taste, large portions and fair prices. The Shwarma dinner starts with a tasty cup of lentel soup, followed by a large salad with a light flavorful dressing, then just as you reaize that the soup and salad are filling you up, a large oval plate covered by mountain of shwarma and lake of hommous appears. The meal is accompaied by two kinds of fresh pita and pickled veggies. The Lebanese style spinach pie is light and delicious and the falafel is crispy on on the outside and moist on the inside. Make sure you try the freshly made lemonade. The best I’ve ever had.

Excellent Choice. What a wonderful experience dining at Cedarland. The lentil soup is heavenly, every bit as good as the original La Shish. Everything I’ve had during the past 10 visits to this restaurant has been exceptional, and the portions are generous ….always enough to take home. Service is also excellent. Ambiance is very interesting and evocative of the Middle East ! I would highly recommend this great restaurant….you won’t be disappointed.

Mmmmm…lamb!. I had the lamb platter and it was absolutely delicious. Service was attentive, prompt, and friendly. Added plus was going in the middle of the afternoon and having the place be relatively quiet. A very pleasant meal indeed.
