Best Pizza. No better proper neopolitan pizza in the Detroit area, the crust is exactly the way a pizza crust is supposed to be– not like thick bread but thin and chewy but not so chewing you have to fight it, the sauce is the perfect balance of sweet with that acidic tang of the tomato. Excellent cheese, quality toppings…classic pepperoni is my favorite and before I left MI I would 45 minutes to go pick up a pie from Demarcos.Man I miss that Pizza, grew up with it, a real proper family ran establishment.
