Best Liver Sandwich Ever!!!. We travel from Charleston, WV to Dearborn about every month and a half, and we always stop at Hamido’s. We are going this weekend and I am DYING to get one of their liver sandwiches. Delicious!! They also have great hummus and the last time we were there, we had the BEST tabouleh we have ever eaten! I am not a fan of shwarma, but my boyfriend is and he loves it! This place is always packed, so if you don’t want to take the chance that you might have to share one of the long tables, you should get take-out. Best Liver Ever!Also, I am not Middle Eastern and I have never felt slighted by the staff. I even feel that sometimes the girls go out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Best Chicken Shawarma. I’ve tried most in Detroit. This is fantastic. I’ve been getting food from them for about 8 years now, my whole family loves it.

Came with a party of 8 the other day. The food was great but the waitress lost the order to one of the people in our group and he only got it after everyone was done eating. There was no sincere apology. I thought it was ironic that he was the only white male in the group and they messed up his order. Thought we could get over this whole race issue, but guess not. Oh and by the way, the silver wear was dirty and she gave us the wrong drink but we’ll just put that aside.
Great food. The combo plate for 2 is so delicious and can feed up to 4. Good people FANTASTIC FOOD. Highly recommend.

Hamido Review. I think the food is really amazing. I absolutely love the chicken and beef shawarma, the lamb is perfect!!! I also think they make the best kabob on Dearborn! In addition to all this the prices are great in comparison to the other places in Dearborn. But Frankly the service could be better.
