PLEASE DON’T EVER COME TO THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT, chicken wasn’t cooked!!! Gave me a hassle when I called to complain, and wanted to charge me $3 to deliver another combination….WOW!!
Cathy Freund. Food was bad to awful. Won ton soup was OK….but not traditional. Beef with broccoli was bad….broccoli was totally overcooked (limp) beef was not tender (tasted a bit off). Spare ribs seemed as if they had been recooked many times.When I called in order, I was made to feel that I really needed to hurry through, and how could I be so stupid as to ask questons???? Bottom line….DON’T GO HERE….DON’T ORDER FROM HERE…it’s hard to make bad Chinese food, but they’ve captured the art.
We haven’t had problems with this restaurant but today they may have turned us off for good. ordered a delivery at 8pm waited an hour and a half for our delivery called and was told off by the owner her saying the delivery guy goes home at 9 well i placed my delivery at 8. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong! Really???? So im sorry to my starving family because its obviously my fault i placed my order that was made before the delivery boy went home. Unreal!
The food is good however delivery sucks i placed my order at 8pm and at 9:43pm my food still was not at my house. I was told it would only take 40 to 50min but apparently not. I was told that the order was not placed until the driver got back which was never told to me….MY BABY AND I ARE HUNGRY. the only discount was 3.00 which was the delivery fee…epic failure
Don’t eat here!!. I took my family there & the place was empty. The service was terrible!I had to remove the dirty dishes myself because our waitress was eating.We ask for some napkins & she gave us 1 napkin! There were 3 adults & 2 children! I ask for more so she gave us 2 napkins!While waiting for our food we had to listen to the other employees arguing about work!! Very unprofessional!! Bathrooms needed attention Our food was not hot when it finally came out!A man came in for a takeout order & he had to ask for a bag! The waitress handed him a bag & walked away! The man struggled to get the bag open while holding unto his food!I will not eat there again!!
The worst food and customer service ever!. This was the worst food ever. I ordered dinner and it was absolutely horrible. The rice was old. The shrimp was uncooked and the service was horrible. I waited over an hour for my delivery and when it came it was horrible. I called back to tell the manager and she was very unprofessional and would not listen. She yelled and told me I was lying and that I ate all my food. I am upset and the way this was handled and I paid $15. I would not recommend anyone to ever eat there.
Good Food Very Affordable. The Food was good, not the best and it was well priced too. My mother and I went there and they got our roles, soup, and food out in at most twenty minutes.
