I think she was upset about the price!!! Some people are haters…im a customer and been to just cupcake store, and their product is dry and flavor less!!! There massed produced in a factory.11 Apr, 2013Iversen has the best cupcakes around, you must try there cakes also. Their cakes are so moist, unlike those days other cupcake places, that sell some dry cupcake s…highly recommended and the staff are very friendly.

I wish you would have told our store girl that your purchase was not up your standards because we would have gladly refunded your money but we would have also given you something in return. We encourage customers to tell us of things that they are not happy with so we can make sure we address the situation with our workers and also that the customer can leave happy. The cupcakes look good but taste horrible! I took my kids out for good behavior and my kids love sweets (will eat just about anything)…I was so disappointed and upset because first of all each cupcake is about $4, and they didn’t taste fresh, they werent fluffy, and second of all they had 1 table and 3 chairs, I had to stand while eating, never again
