  We so Love this place the very best in Dearborn a must try. Kanafeh is a traditional Palestinian dessert made with cheese pastry soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup. It is popular throughout the Arab world, especially in the Levant and Egypt, principally in the West Bank. In addition in Turkey, the Caucasus and Greece. If theres one dessert that rules as the Queen of Arabic sweets, I would nominate Kunafe Nabulsia, the sticky pastry made of gooey sweet cheese sandwiched between layers of shredded kunafe pastry. This specialty from the Palestinian city of Nablus is prepared in enormous round trays, saturated with rose-scented syrup, cut into slabs and garnished with chopped pistachios.In the Middle East, people dont typically prepare kunafe at home.   Thieves. I ordered an big online order over two weeks before Christmas.The order came a day before Christmas and we noticed two trays missing.The two most expensive trays were missing from the order.I called and they knew that there was trays missing.They did not inform the customers that they were running behind.They also claimed that they would ship it the next day, WHAT A LIE!!! A week later I called and they said that it was not shipped and that they would ship it next week.Not only that but we found pistachio shells in all the desserts.They refuse to do overnight shipping because they did not want to pay and the manager is rude.He claimed he does not deal with quality control and blamed everybody else.If You value your teeth do not purchase from Masri Sweets because the end result is a big dental bill.
