Think 1950’s Diner Amazing Corned Beef. Take a trip back in time in this long horseshoe counter with round swivel stools. The place has been around since 1934 with the current owners since 1977. The place rocks with many regulars which the friendly waitresses know by name. The place packs them in everyday for 2 hours at lunch time along with the early breakfast crowd.We tried the breakfast special along with a mega omelette,taters and finally a place the has Marble Rye bread WOW it’s great. I has the famous sandwich named Double Trouble which has a load of flavors in each bite. Corned Beef,Pastrami,Swiss Cheese, Coleslaw and Russian Dressing piled between Rye Bread,,,, Whoa a new favorite of mine and a must try.The menu is loaded with many super sandwiches along with soups and chili that makes me want to visit many more times to try many creations which I’m sure to do when in the Dearborn area. Fast Friendly service with a smile along with the unique ambiance and super scrumptious foods make this a favorite for us,,, find them on Facebook and be sure to check out there website too. That person touched and said thats not his. The waitress then tried to bring the sandwich back to me… I didnt want it so I decided to leave and everyone started to laugh and talked rudly.
Fantastic sandwiches. Tons of meat, tons of flavor means tons of fun. Love this place, and anytime I’m in East Dearborn for lunch I’m stopping in here. I’ve brought a couple friends here and thats pretty much the only place they want to go for lunch now. Reuben…..yes please.
One of my favorites. Why travel to Southfield for Star Deli or Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor for what is supposed to be the best corned beef in the area? I’ve tried them all and the best is at Noah’s, the tiny corner deli on Michigan Avenue. Only counter seating, but the ladies behind it will take good care of you while you’re trying to get your mouth around one of the huge – and delicious – sandwiches.
