A little after 8 am, my lady friend and I are going to eat at your restaurant before our scrapbook crop tomorrow. I can’t wait to taste your VERY BERRY STUFFED FRENCH TOAST, EXECUTIVE STYLE. It’ll be extra sweet because we get to use our 10% Senior Discount. My husband and I use to patronize this restaurant frequently when it was called Demetrie’s. We were pleased then but after viewing your pictures, you have melted my heart. I know it will be a sensational breakfast. What a way to start the day…cannot Wait.

Recently renovated from the previous Dimitri’s, it’s a direct competitor with Denny’s, Big Boys and Ram’s Horn, but with a bit more of a ‘family’ feel.Our waitress, while seemingly out of uniform from all the other workers — although sporting a Tigers shirt allows forgiveness for this slight — was genuinely friendly. I dislike feigned friendliness, and she was legit.The menu was extensive, including many pictures, and the prices are competitive.The food came quickly, despite the place being packed, and it all tasted good. The table, glasses and silverware were clean. What more can you ask for a family diner?
