Chef’ Todd. Took, me and my daughter, Todd Loved it!
Excellent food, very fresh and fast service.
I’m not a full fledge Sushi connoisseur, but I love California rolls. They have one of the best I’ve tasted since I’ve been trying them, and the chicken fried rice is good to. I haven’t had a bad experience yet!
Great sushi and good atmosphere! I’m new to the Detroit area, and this has been the one of the best sushi places I’ve been too… Great variety!
Amazingggggggg !!!!10 Nov, 2012WOW!!!! I am impressed. Born and raised in N.California where sushi is the norm and Japanese restaraunts are constantly trying to re-invent the American sushi roll, I must say : YOU FOLKS MUST THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. The creators of this sushi bar did just that. I have had many so called Mexican rolls that were damn right delicious, but none that actually tasted like they had that Mexican flavored zest. Out side the box= jiu jitsu roll: omg, where can you find a roll that taste so good and carries the whoop ass of BJJ ? Habeneros, spicy tuna, cilantro = genius . Also try the Mellow Yellow, wow, I couldn’t get enough= Mango and strawberry ? I thought whoww!! That’s crazy to have with fresh fish of any kind , but I felt I had to give it a shot even though I thought I would be dissapointed/WRONG. Incredible !!! I give these ppl much credit for everything from the decor to the sushi. Service was a little shaky but defiantly worth it no doubt. I will be back to visit soon. P.S, come to California , we need you badly 🙂
Horrible Sushi. My wife and I decided to go and try the place out since we have been hearing about it. When it comes to sushi you are very picky on trying new places, but decided to go ahead with it, and boy were we sorry to even try it out. It rates right up there on the worst sushi in town only to be beaten for the title by Wasabi sushi. First i would give them credit when you first walk in you would assume through the decor that the place might be good. the stir fry hibachi plates had small portion but were pretty good. As for the Sushi, they have no business serving it as it sucks! the Rolls were over priced compared to sushi bars in the area, selection of rolls was very limited to tempura rolls. No fresh raw fish rolls. the one item that we orderd that had smoked salmon on top with some kind of herbs smelled really bad. The salmon tasted and smelled like packaged salmon you would get at the grocery store with no sense of Fresh to it. As for the remain 6 rolls that we orderd had not sense of tase to them. Personally i will never ever visit the place again and will not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go to your normal sushi bar that you visit and as the fish will definatley be more fresh at your current location.
