What’s up with pre-cut fish?Sat at the Sushi bar and was somewhat concerned with the food handling especially relating the the raw fish. I’ve never seen a sushi bar where fish is already cut up and the chefs reach in and grab to make rolls. It was a somewhat sloppy work environment. Because of this I decided to order the hibachi tuna. Miso soup and salad were fine and the tuna dish was plentiful and tasted ok. There was nothing really special about this place. Because I like to eat sushi and sashimi, I will look for other alternatives in the future. One last thing, they don’t serve beer or liquor which I found a little odd. albeerpoe.blogspot.com
