HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not, for the love of God, ever go here. My husband and I rarely go out. We were seated next to a group of extremely loud, very vocally racist people. I was a restaurant hostess, and know the proper way to seat people. Additionally, I have twelve years of experience in customer service. This place clearly does not care whatsoever about their guest experience. After we left, I called and spoke with Phil, the manager on duty. He refused to acknowledge what happened, and said he didn’t think there was any kind of a problem. For the exorbitant prices they charge, they should at least pretend they care. Our dinner was absolutely ruined, and rather than apologizing and attempting to fix the situation, he made a pathetic attempt to gaslight me. Server was fine. Ambiance was okay once the racist reprehensibles left. Food and drinks sucked.
