  Poor Management. We were there on a Friday night and we will never go back except for a drink on the patio. It was pretty busy because it was a football weekend, but one would think that management would be prepared for the crowds (how long has Reno’s East been located in EL?). The service was very slow but it was not our server’s fault … we saw only one bartender behind the bar closest to us and we heard that the kitchen was backed up. When we got our food, some of it was hot and some of it was lukewarm (chicken wings).The worst part was when we left … we wanted to call the health department because there were empty tables filled with dirty glasses/dishes and then, there was trash everywhere on the floor leading into the kitchen. It was disgusting. Management should be ashamed. We live in the area so we will never be back and will suggest our friends not to go there.

  Couple of years ago this used to be one of our favorite places in summertime. To us quality of food has gone down (from good burgers to very greasy) and the service was last couple of times bad..very bad. And that excludes the new waitress who made a mess of everything that is important to the job.

  This bar has potential of being an amazing place execept for the horrible service. When your food comes out before your first drink something is wrong

  Unhappy with service. Stopped in on my lunch hour alone for a quick bite. Waitresses standing around chatting and ignored me. After 10 minutes, I walked out and went some where else. Have not been happy the last few times I was there, so I don’t plan on trying it again. Not what it used to be when they opened.
