Just OK. Even though I rate Watershed as just OK, I have been here numerous times. I like the atmosphere and the beer selection and I keep hoping for really good food. My last visit here a week ago was less than average. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, which were hamburgers. My burger was way over cooked and the cook had put so much spice on it that I couldn’t taste anything but the spice.
