Average place. We went there Friday night about 7:45. Our waitress stopped by for our drink order, brought those, then she didn’t stop back by even though she walked by many times. Tried flagging her down, she wouldnt look at our table. Finally got the attention of the ding-dong manager lady, this was after about 20 min. she took our order. Finally our food came out by our waitress, only the 2nd time she came to the table. Food was ok, average, nothing special. (My local chinese take out has better food and cheaper prices.) As we were eating about 8:30, the place was starting to die down and our waitress was a little more attentive. Still not great. I would definitely not go back during the peak times, maybe like in the middle of the afternoon, when they are not busy. We are just not sure as this first experience was not a pleasant one.
I have been going to xiao for the past month i love the food besides i do believe the manager he never is friendly never smiles and i see him just being mean to the girls, today i came in and watched how he acted towards certain servers and he was fine with the blond servers but completly rude to the other servers and ive been in here a couple times just to watch and i say there is alot of good servers that he is just rude to. I want to know what happen to the other manager he was friendly and management material. They are just lucky i love their food.
Poor service. Went with my girlfriend for dinner. Arrived about 7. Place was not really busy. Service WAS SLOW and not attentive. Took a long time to get food, and once we were served she was gone. I waited to get my hot Saki refilled and finally had to flag her down to get her attention.Food was good. We just did Sushi, so can’t say anything about the rest of the menu, except we did order the pot-stickers and ordered a second helping – they were that good.Our Sushi came on a HUGE boat – pretty cool presentation.So good food, but don’t expect good service.
The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! We will for sure eat here again
Underwhelming, to say the least!. We got takeout – two very small servings of rice, some completely flavorless vegetable stir fry, and very underwhelming Kung Pao Chicken, for $25. How do you ruin Chinese rice?? They managed to. The vegetables were drowning in an absolutely taste-free brown sauce. I mean, it didn’t taste like anything at all. The Kung Pao was ordered spicy, but was mild. Extremely overpriced!
Love the food!! I go almost every week once for the buffet and once for dinner. The girls during lunch hour are amazing specially raven and amanda my two favorite servers! Dinner staff not so much, if you wanna check out xiao request these girls or just come in during lunch. The manager also comes and greets the table and seems very nice.
Excellent environment and friendly staff. Great priced sushi (lowest around) and great sushi chefs ! Absolute must try!!
