  Fast and friendly! The gentleman that answered the phone was very quick at getting me in the system and very helpful with my order. The food was delivered very quickly and the delivery man was very friendly as well. I will definitely be using Wok to You often.

  Poor customer service. The problem is a sheer lack of customer service. I called and e-mailed wok to you a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back. Sadly, they have lost a customer who used their service religiously for the last year or two. This is the e-mail I sent..To Whom it May Concern,I placed an order today at 3:33pm, which was followed up with an e-mail at 3:38pm telling me my total and estimated delivery time. The email is as follows;James,Your order has been placed at Bangkok! The amount of $25.35 has been charged to your card ending in ****. We will see you within the hour!Have a wonderful night!– Thank you for choosing Chinese & Thai DeliveryWoktoyou.com(586) 445-2469When an hour and a half went by and I hadn’t received my order, I replied to this e-mail expressing my concern. Another 15 minutes went by and I hadn’t heard anything so I called. After 6 or 7 minutes on the phone with the lady who answered, a man came on the phone saying there were problems with the system and my order was never placed. He offered to still have my order delivered. I expressed my concern that I had paid for delivery and a $4 tip under the impression that I would get the same service I normally receive, which is never far from spectacular.However, today I am very disappointed in the service I have received. No incentive to remain a customer of Wok To You has been made other than a short apology and an offer to still carry out the service I had requested. I have been ordering from Wok To You for probably about two years and at a rate of approximately twice per month. I am hoping that this can be resolved in some way so I can remain using your company without worry that I will not be satisfied with the service.I welcome a return call, ********** or an e-mail. I would like to speak to a manager or owner about this.Thank you,James F*******
