07-01-2015 My daughter and I went there today for the first time in a very long time. The food was very flavorful and the ingredients were fresh. The vegetables still had some crunch to them which I love! It is the best Chinese food that I’ve had recently. I love it and will definitely be back. Thank you for the great dinner!
My family typically loves this restaurant, but the last 2 times we have gone have not been pleasant. The normal waitress is never friendly which I can handle but they need to hire more help. We went there today for lunch and it was very busy. They only had one waitress and she only took mine and my boyfriends order and walked away before we could give her our sons order. Then when she brought out our food we didn’t get our sweet and sour sauce. Then we asked for a drink for our son and an egg roll which never came. 20 minutes later our sauce arrived and we had to get our own to go boxes and bill from the register.

Awesome little secret. Canton doesn’t seem to have been discovered yet, as it doesn’t get the amount of business it deserves. I’m not saying they don’t get business, on the contrary they always seem busy. However, little do people know that this is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Many of the local Chinese restaurants pump out generic, bland, quickly made Chinese food. Canton however, steps it up a notch with great tasting high quality food. You won’t find flavors like this at most local Chinese takeouts. Even though they serve better food, their prices are still a steal! Get your fill for under 6 bucks during lunch! If people only knew, this place would be packed. Now you’re in on the secret!
Best and only Chinese restaraunt anywhere in flint and most likely the state worth even mentioning! Excellent staff and amazing food. Never had anything I didn’t like. Makes the Chinese restaurants I used to like not even an option anymore. Everyone I have suggested go there have never said anything but the same. And if you are one of these people who order nothing except sweet and sour chicken shouldn’t bother reviewing Chinese restaurants. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about going here. Everything is terrific and affordable.
