Had the worst service ever at CASA Real in Flint on Friday evening. Ordered a pitcher of margaritas and then waited over an hour; no one came to take our food order. We flagged down a waitress who said the manager was our waitress so she couldn’t help us. The manager couldn’t help us because she was dealing with credit card system issues and told us to just be patient. We were offered free cheese dip, that’s IT. NOT HAPPY! Paid for the drinks and left, will NOT be back. So sad because it used to be a great place, it has gone down hill drastically in the past few months. Don’t waste your time or money. Need new management!

Ended up charging me for the meal that I never got. 50 cents more than before. Oh well gave up due to not wanting to hassle in front of friends. Will not be back. Oh and the chips are terrible!
