I have ordered from Big O cafe numerous times and the Host has no Class at all, her customer service is despicable, I was just told a sandwich I frequently order does not include a item it has come with the literally 20 times I’ve previously ordered it, she followed with if you dont want to pay I can just take it off?? like are you serious? did you really just insinuate I’m making a big deal about 50 cents on a $50.00 order? How insulting. ALLYSA is thee rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, O yea and when my $50.00 order arrived which consist of 1 midnight sandwich & 2 cuban dinners I was charged .75 for lettuce. .50 X 2 for moho which I told her to take off! .75 X2 for Xtra pickle No Napkins and NO utensils. Upon sharing this awful experience with my sister She informed me of her Awful experience with non other than the same Host Allysa whom she said treated her like crap. I will no longer give my money to a establishment that employs someone that treats honest paying customers so poorly.
