Get the Boeuf Bourguignon. I ate at Bistro Bella Vita recently for a work dinner, and I absolutely at my face off. Our group ordered a number of appetizers, but the piece de resistance was my main meal: the Boeuf Bourguignon. It was tender and delicious; you could tell they know how to do it right! The meat and vegetables were both perfectly prepared. I like to order things in restaurants that I tend to find too daunting/involved to make for myself at home. Always enjoyed the restaraunt until new years when they packaged what they called a $41 ribeye and $27 mahi Mani into a special combo meal. Steak was about 6 oz with lots of fat and a raw scallop. Mahi mahi was smaller. I’ll stay with their Italian and lunch menu if I go back.
Excellent !!!!!. A genuinely outstanding meal. Not single thing to complain about. Saturday night and they were very busy. Service was good.I had the special seafood stew called Pirlu. – Excellent!!! Seafood was perfectly prepaired, full of flavor and not over cooked. Not my first visit and certainly will not be my last. When ever in Grand Rapids this is a place not to miss!!!
Very tasty, unfortunately also very pricey. Complimentary bread or a salad would be a nice addition to entrees. Too expensive without these additions.
Nah, I’m good…. I went here for a birthday dinner with my dad. The place was dead, the service was slow and my food was cold. We weren’t checked on very often and considering how dead it was and how expensive the food is, I was not happy.
Best Italian in GR. The title says it all. The pizza, pasta, drinks, and desserts are all equally amazing and full of taste. The staff is professional and very welcoming and make for a pleasant experience. This is good if you’re looking to spend a little more for good service and food.
Doesn’t get any better!. Words do not discribe this place! All of the food is fresh and has amazing favor. I would recommend to everyone! Try the seafood pasta!
