The Pechuga Mexicana is super good. This place has never been busy when I’ve been there so the service is really fast. The dining room is huge so it’d be a good place to go on a busy night for a shorter wait time.
Menu was quite large, and the dish I ordered was pretty good. A little disappointed with the lunch portions. I can say that on average I will not be able to eat as much as most people, but I cleared the plate pretty quickly. I know the dinner portions are way too much for a weekday lunch, so it feels like there wasn’t a happy medium to choose. Other than that, no complaints. Wait staff was very friendly and had no issues with our large work party, which I know is something that can totally ruin a dining experience.
… :/….. It was unfortunate that our first and possibly only experiance there started off with such poor service. The first encounter we had with the server we were enquiring about the drink menu…. the server literally looked at us with a deer in the headlight stare like the menu was unfamiliar… or possibly she was unaware she was even serving. … needless to say this odd inadequate behavior continued…. though the food was not bad, it was good actually, i really liked their cheeses and the horchata. The ambiance was beautiful too. Though take out will definitely be our only other experiance with this el burrito.

I have been to this restaurant several times and for the last. I truly enjoy authentic Mexican food and El Burroto is fairly authentic. Unfortunately, the above average food is overshadowed by it’s poor execution of any semblance of what can be viewed as service. The only way I will ever frequent this establishment again is if they go to a cafeteria style restaurant. Until then, I would reccomend spending your hard earned cash at Qdoba or Chipptle – at least it is predictable as to what you are going to get for your money.
