I have never been too excited about tamales or corn tortilla shells until I ate here. Both were incredible. Everything was fresh and delicious at a good price.
My friend and I go here all the time and we love it. The food is pretty cheap and very good. The menu also has a ton of options. Don’t expect fantastic service.
Visited on a Thursday at around 12:30 and it was about 1/5 full. Service started out good, but after my food came, I pretty much never saw my server again and she never brought my bill (I waited about 15 minutes after finishing before I got up). The salsa for the chips was excellent. TheAlambre was pretty good with only a few small complaints. The cheese onit had a weird rubbery texture but tasted alright, and the shrimp were pretty danged small and one of them was NOT deveined. Gross. Other than that, I’d be willing to try more stuff.
