Best Philly Cheese Steak In GR!. I took my mom to Fat Johnny’s for lunch one day and we both were blown away by the cheese steak. That is high praise coming from my mom, who was raised in the Philly area. I just want to clarify that true Philly cheese steaks are made with liquid yellow cheese. It’s not health food people. The food portions were enormous… we only ordered one fry and between the two of us, we could not finish it. Fat Johnny’s garlic fries are on point. We went into another store afterwards with the leftover fries and everyone kept asking what smelled so good and wanted to know where we had got them from. The staff was friendly and helpful and the interior was clean and appealing. It should be noted that my last visit was just before they moved to the new location.

Don’t believe the low rating. I’m guessing some downers with government phones. Try FJ’s. Unless you’re a vegetarian. For you? Subway.
