Our group of six lucked up on a wonderful Thursday dinner here the ambiance was great, esp with the live jazz ensemble. We each tried different entrees, from sea bass to scallops to fish tacos. All were delicious and perfectly sauced and paired. Another plus are the numerous gluten free entrees, clearly marked in the regular menu. Wish we lived close enough to revisit!
Seafood at a great price. The other day I had a chance to dine at Gilly’s(formerly Gill’s Blue Crab Lounge) inside the BOB and I was impressed. The food was amazing and came at a great price! And I found out they give out free lobster on your birthday?!?! This sounds to good to be true.
I have never had a bad meal in this resturaunt. The staff is friendly and attentive. I had the surf and turf and honestly I have never had a better combo in my life. The atmosphere is very laid back with a twist of class. I would recommend this resturaunt to any and all of my friends looking to have a great time and a great meal.
Will never return again!. My boyfriend and I went here one night to try it out because we had a coupon…. boy did we make a mistake! When we got there, it was not busy, but it took forever for someone to come seat us. Our service was VERY SLOW and our waitress was very quiet and didn’t say barely two words to us. Our food took forever to cook and when it was finally done, I saw it sitting in the window for about 25 minutes. My food was cold and my boyfriends food was overcooked and cold! It was NOT worth it to go there even with my half off coupon. When I tried to reach someone to tell of our horrible experience, I couldn’t get in contact with anyone!
My bartendat was a drop dead gorgeous blond who provided the worst service I ever had. She paid way more attention to her friends that were at the bar than her other 12 customers. In that almost eneryone at the bar was male and likely there for business travel I think everyone there let the poor service slide because she was so attractive. On the flip side once the food finally came out it was delicious. Too bad I couldn’t tip the chef.
Good food. Mediocre mixed drinks. Very slow service. The servers were great though and that made the rest tolerable.
