I love this restaurant. As a person with deadly allergies I know I can eat here without any worries. This is the only Chinese restaurant I will eat from. And I have to drive 30 minutes just go get there.
Awesome Chinese food in a nice relaxing atmosphere . Egg foo yung was super. Hunan shrimp, my favorite was sumptuous and just the right level of hot n spicy. Best Chinese food in Grand Rapids north side.

Skip P.F. Chang’s and go here instead!. Great food — love the chicken lo mein and the kung pao chicken. Fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Went here for lunch once, super fast service and food tasted great! Anyone contemplating standing outside PF Chang’s to wait for a table should really consider going to Golden Wok instead, food is better and less expensive.
So delicious! Not the best crab cheese but the best egg roll I’ve ever had!
Really disappointing
By Far, our favorite!!!. We can’t get enough of this place!! We used to live right near there, but now we live across town and we still drive there!! Ask to sit in Yen’s section, she is amazing!! If you don’t try anything else, you have GOT to try the hot and sour soup. It is a family recipe and it is the absolute best in all of Grand Rapids!!
