It’ll work in a pinch, better than Starbucks. If you like the clean, New World -narrow – thin profile cup MC has it (boring). If you want a cup with more character and mouth feel that you will remember just drive 10 minutes to Rowsters. Staff at MC is somewhat arrogant , staff at Rowsters is kind and willing to engage with you about their product.

Madcap is the Godfather of GR coffee.Every coffee company/roaster in West Michigan–whether they know it or not–eventually has to answer to Madcap. They’re ethical, effective, and the coffee is flawless. They get my vote every time.

Superb. I usually buy coffee strictly online because I can’t find the quality I like at most stores. I order Green Mountain beans, Peet’s, or Davidoff which you won’t find in most Michigan venues. I stumbled on this place and am floored at the quality and delighted that it is local. I’ve had their whole bean coffee for home use and today I tried their cappuccino and their holiday blend for consumption on site. I cannot believe how good it is. They brew each cup the hard way in a cone at 210 degrees, not the mass produced way most coffee houses do. If you are a connoisseur of high end coffee, this is your place. I hate parking garages and congested downtown areas, but this is my go-to coffee place until further notice.

Great little coffee shop. I was about to give up on lattes until I tried one here…so amazingly delicious. They even made a pretty leaf design in the foam. We had to grab and go, but it seemed like a great place to sit and chat..will have to return soon!

This place is just about perfect. They brew your coffee cup by cup, and let me say it’s terrific. The atmosphere is just about right, too. It would be perfect except for the music (although well chosen) is too loud and intrusive. I came here to read and find it difficult. The other patrons are trying to read the newspaper or otherwise they are having a conversation. This loud music does nothing to assist patrons in their reasons for coming. Why the hell do business just assume you have to have music? This place has everything else; it’s too bad this flaw gets in the way.

One of my favorite coffee shops on earth and that’s not an exaggeration! Their espresso is smooth and slightly sweet which I really enjoy. The atmosphere is like modern meets organic… Simply a wonderful place!
