Ming 10 is a 10/10. Fresh Buffet, fresh Hibachi, fresh Sushi. Ming Ten hits the spot with its worthy selections. I have been to Ming 10 on numerous occasions (which for those who have not been it is located on the 2nd floor) each visit just as pleasant as the last. My personal favorite, the Hibachi, is cooked fresh before your eyes by a very friendly chef, in a very timely manor. Staff and servers are all helpful and kind, I happen to know a few by first name from my many visits. Another plus is if I cannot find the time to dine in, take out is my next option. Defiantly worth every penny every time.
Ming Ten Grand Rapids, MI. Terrible! Where do the rave reviews come from? Table service was ok, carpeted floor looked very dirty, food area unkempt, not to mention the price. Better food in Hastings, at Dynasty Buffet, that’s not saying much. We’ll never return.
Not what it used to be. I was a big fan of Ming Ten for many years. For the price, the sushi buffet was next to impossible to beat. However, over the years the quality of the sushi has gone downhill considerably. The pieces of fish have gotten noticeably smaller and fattier, while the construction of the rolls can be classified as poor. In addition, 90% of the buffet has not changed over the last five years. Top that off with disinterested wait staff.Restaurant has gone from my top five, to a place I can’t justify going back to. No soup for you!
Good & inexpensive. My kids and I love this place especially for lunch. They have something that each of my kids likes and there’s soft serve ice cream they go crazy for. It’s also very inexpensive for lunch. I like the sushi. It’s fresh and they go through it quickly. A family favorite.
If you are a Sushi fan but don’t want to drop $50 per person to get adequately filled up, this place has good sushi for the money. It’s clean and has great selection. Pretty decent atmosphere for a buffet style place and a very attentive staff as they pick up your plates promptly.
Best Asian Buffet in town. Good food. Not a huge variety of dishes, but what’s there is quality. Lots of good chinese appetizers. The main draw for me is the sushi – it’s not the best, but it’s freshly prepared, large in variety, and all part of the all-you-can-eat buffet. When I crave sushi, I go to Ming Ten.
Easy in & out. Food is fresh and good selection. You are never rushed. I great place to get caught up with friends. I love the string beans & the chicken with broccoli.
