Horrible Experience. I order from NYFC quite a bit, more often than not I experience an issue. I made an order a month ago that took an hour and a half to get to me! The food was cold, and the driver wasn’t apologetic. I then proceed to give them another chance and wanted to make another order to-go. I asked if I could have a sandwich with the toppings on the side and they refused. The owner/manager said he wouldn’t do it. Horrible customer service. I’m allergic to several of these things and wouldn’t accommodate a simple request of putting lettuce on the side. Wow. SMH WOW
Great!!!. I was looking for Fried Chicken and fish and just happened to come upon this place… First of all…. the people there are so nice and funny.. they make you feel welcome.Second…. they have Gizzards!!! I love gizzards!!!!The food was good…. really good actually!!!
NY Fried Chicken 1/20/12. Me and my buddies tried New York Fried Chicken for the first time earlier tonight for my 21st birthday extravaganzah. it was really exciting, as we live in the area and have been meaning to try them for along time.alli can say is the food is fantastic and the staff is helpful and polite. they have a huge menu with a lot of different fried chicken meal combos as well as many side orders anda few tasty deserts to choose from as well. they will also deliver your order to you, unlike Wing Heaven, Chicken Coop, orPopeyes. i wouldnt say the wingsare better than wing heaven’s, and the flavor combinations at wing heaven are hard to beat, but i would definately say this is one of the area’a best fried chicken joints. thumbs up to New York Fried Chicken!
